| Personal training will help you reach your goals by designing safe and effective workout programs especially for you. A personal trainer is a source of motivation and encouragement and a resource for the latest information on health and fitness. A personal trainer can help you fit exercise into your busy schedule and teach you how to make the most of your time. People use trainers for many different reasons and with different goals. Your trainer should have experience and success in working with others who have goals similar to yours. The trainer should provide you with information to help you determine whether he or she has the expertise to provide you with the workout you want. |

Equipment Orientation:
We want you to get started properly by having a trainer demonstrate the proper techniques for using the cardio and strength machines. To schedule your complimentary orientation (provided with a membership), stop by the service desk or call Janell at 447-2400. Please try to keep the appointments you make since last-minute cancellations or no-shows are hard on staff scheduling and your fellow members who desire help. |

Apex Nutrition Counseling:
No matter what diet plan is popular right now, we know that everyone has his or her own personal needs when it comes to optimal nutrition. Our trainers will use the Apex system, which is approved by the American Dietetic Association, to help you determine the perfect combination of protein, carbohydrate, and fat to keep you feeling your absolute best. A customized menu plan will be designed with your goals and favorite foods in mind. We'll also let you know what supplements complement your plan and lifestyle. When you purchase nutrition counseling along with personal training, you receive ongoing support to monitor your progress and provide important lifestyle support. |
