We offer a 14 day try-before-you-buy guarantee for qualified local residents. Most of our members are on a journey to improve their health. We have many members who are in the process of loosing weight and getting in shape. At Newtone everyone is welcome and we all understand that you need to get started in an atmosphere of understanding. All of our classes welcome first timers and the instructors show modifications for many of the exercises.
The key to keeping most people involved with an exercise program is fun, entertainment and socialization. Newtone's group fitness classes deliver just that. No one ever gets off of a treadmill and says “Boy that was a lot of fun.” But, most of our members talk about our classes all day.
The major portion of our business is in group fitness. About half of all club visits are to attend one of our World Class, classes. Please go to our class page to learn more about the fitness classes. Our classes are included with the membership and include both land and water programs. We have the largest spinning classes in the area with 25 bikes.
Newtone offers over 60 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, stairclimbers bikes and more. We have three complete lines of strength machines including Cybex, Free Motion and Keiser. Our extensive free weight area includes Smith machines, cross over cables, leg hack, leg squat, and leg press plus thousands of pounds of weights and many other benches.
