Pool with the Dome Removed |
We have a 75' x 25' lap pool maintained at 84 degrees. Deck chairs provide warm weather lounging, and a dome is used during the cold months to provide year-round pool access. A large, therapeutic whirlpool spa and a dry sauna are also available in the pool area. |

Strength-Training Equipment |
We have three full circuits of strength-training machines. Our Freemotion circuit contains eleven machines, our Keiser air circuit contains eleven machines, and we have twenty Cybex Selectorized machines. |

Cardiovascular Equipment |
We offer over sixty pieces of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, both upright and recumbent stationary bicycles, step-mills, stair-steppers, rowing machines, and more. We also offer an indoor track for walking and/or running. |

Free Weights |
Our free weight rooms contain an extensive variety of equipment including a Smith machine, power rack, squat racks, cable crossover machines, leg press machines, flat and inclines benches, lat pull-down machines, dumbbells, barbells, and more. |

Locker Rooms |
Newtone has both men's and women's locker rooms. Lockers are available for daily use (please bring your own lock) or if you would like a permanent locker please inquire at the Service Desk. |

Additional Facilities and Services

| We have both indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, a continuous climbing wall, and tanning beds. |
