BODYVIVE™ is the new group exercise-to-music program from LES MILLS ™. It's low impact, 55-minute class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strenght and stability, and stretching for mobility work. Like the other LES MILLS™ programs, BODYVIVE™ incorporates multiple tracks of inspiring music and is delivered by motivating instructors.

BODYVIVE™ is especially suited to active adults in their 40's, 50's ad 60's.

What do I need to bring?
Bring water and a towel. Wear comfortable clothing - yes, a
t-shirt and track pants are fine. Turn up the desire to get active and have some fun!

How fit do I need to be to do BODYVIVE™?
First-timers do not need to be fit - just physially active and able to move freely.

We recommend that you obtain the advice of a medical professional before starting any fitness regime.

How often should I do BODYVIVE™?
There is no prescribed frequency. LES MILLS™ suggests three times a week, in conjunction with other physical activities.

What type of music is used, and why?
BODYVIVE™ is choreographed predominately to popular, mainstream music from the 1960's and 1970's. The music is easy to listen to and familiar to BODYVIVE™ participants.
