What do I need to bring?
Bring water and a towel. Wear comfortable clothing - yes, a
t-shirt and track pants are fine. Turn up the desire to get active and have some fun!
How fit do I need to be to do BODYVIVE™?
First-timers do not need to be fit - just physially active and able to move freely.
We recommend that you obtain the advice of a medical professional before starting any fitness regime.
How often should I do BODYVIVE™?
There is no prescribed frequency. LES MILLS™ suggests three times a week, in conjunction with other physical activities.
What type of music is used, and why?
BODYVIVE™ is choreographed predominately to popular, mainstream music from the 1960's and 1970's. The music is easy to listen to and familiar to BODYVIVE™ participants.
